Office refurbishment projects include the refurbishment of a 1400m2, 4 storey Belfast city centre listed building to be BTW Shields head office and the fitout of a 1250m2 industrial unit for Ulster Banks Data Processing centre in Tallaght, Dublin.

The works included the provision of new metal stud partitions, wall linings, plasterboard suspended ceilings, feature bulkheads and grid and tile suspended ceilings.

We have also carried out 3nr new build office fitouts. Ceilings to meeting rooms at BTW Sheils included “S” curved pasterboard ceilings and bulkheads.

These include a 4 storey Bank of Ireland office in Tallaght (5500m2), a 3 storey Woodies DIY head office in Tallaght (2300m2) and a 5 storey speculative office and retail unit development at Market Sq Dundalk (3300m2) which included the construction of toilet core partitions, wall linings and perimeter bulkheads and grid and tile suspended ceilings.
